“Unhappy with how long the service took and delivery took. I placed order for same day delivery at 7am but it was delivered around just before 6pm. Thats almost 12 hours. That’s not fast delivery and they take long to keep you updated. I had no idea what the final bouquet looked like and when it had left for delivery. The delivery seemed to be stuck in one place for a long time in the tracking map also. If you are advertising same day delivery please ensure deliveries are made in timely manner and not random times when the whole day has gone.”

“Order placed last Friday for same day delivery, not delivered because the florist thought the address was remote (it's not) but they would be delivered yesterday (Monday) they weren't). Tried to speak to someone from Interflora today, unable to contact them on the phone. Went to chat on line only AI to respond, no sign of a human being. Finally emailed interfla, waiting for a response. Rubbish service so far”

“The florist didn't have the accompanying bear in stock, which I accept can happen. An alternative solution was arranged to avoid delaying the order, this was to provide additional flowers to the same value (which I'm not sure happened looking at the photo). However, a few hours later, another email was sent asking whether to continue without the bear (no additional flowers) or whether I had other instructions. At this point I became concerned that the flowers hadn't yet been sent and instructed them to go with the original option from earlier in the day. It didn't seem to me like the team had communicated with each other and I was left wondering whether the flowers would be delivered on the day requested. That being said, they did and the recipient was happy with them, however, I am disappointed that it wasn't as simple as it should have been and that the bear wasn't available.”
