“The arrangement that was delivered varied considerably from the image on the Interflora website. It looked rather feeble and half-hearted. Not nearly as bright and varied as I expected. And where were the bees? It was supposed to have a bee theme! Also it was left outside in the garden - not delivered to the door! So not totally satisfied to be honest.”

“O/N 505 829 373 01. Delivery on 6th November This was the first time I have been disappointed with Interflora. The flowers that arrived looked nothing like those in the photo on the webpage (vibrant Autumn Gift Box). To be fair the photo has now been changed and looks more like the flowers that arrived for my friend- BUT NOT like the flowers I ordered. I did not complain about this at the time because I was travelling overseas. Thankfully my friend did enjoy the flowers that were delivered- being unaware of the mistake. I will use Interflora again- but will definitely be cautious.... Mr. Tim Clark”

“i am still waiting to hear from Interflora as to there wherabouts of my order. You say that you do not have customer service people to speak to on the telephone and that everything should be done online as you get a faster service. that is not the case!! i placed an order last Friday 21 November with a delivery indicated on the order to take place on 22 November i am still waiting to hear from you. this is not the first time i have experienced this service with Interflora and quite frankly i don't think i will be singing your praises with anyone else that asks about Interflora. perhaps someone can look into my query and reply to me.”

“The flowers and local service was, in the end, very good. But I booked a same day delivery well before the deadline only to not have it fulfilled till the next day. Telling me after the order was placed in a "routine" email later in the day was unhelpful. Frustrated but ok in the end.”

“Generally reliable but in two occassions I have requested for an invoice but havent heard back from the team. Maybe this can be added to the website as an option to view Invoice.”
