Every bouquet ordered from us is prepared with care and hand-delivered as promised. And with our international network of florists, a special bouquet can be handmade and delivered almost anywhere in the world in just a few hours.

Some of the flowers were so dead they leaves were dried and crumbly within a couple of days. The arrangement itself looked odd, Flowers cut so short you couldn't see them and others left so long there were two levels of flowers rather than a cohesive whole. Looked odd just not attractive. This isn't acceptable from a company that charges and is supposed to be the best.

I ordered what the picture showed, namely pinks and purples including seasonal dahlias. What my daughter received were yellow sunflowers and chrysanthemums and 2 red gerbias. I understand that there would be a variation of what I ordered but this is nothing like the choice based on the picture shown. Seems pointless to show the photos. Might as well advertise it as bunch of nice flowers. Regards, Valerie Hahn

Received email on the day of proposed delivery stating couldn't deliver it.... The target address is Sotheby's. How on Earth can this be? It caused unnecessary anxiety.

I was very disappointed with my recent order. I ordered from the Thinking of You collection, a bouquet that contained white roses, lilies and daisies. I asked for a touch of blue to be added. There was 1 white rose with a couple of small lillies and a couple green flowers of which I don't know the name and the rest were all lillies....no blue! The bouquet did not look like the picture at all. I paid £40 for them but did not think they were worth it. I recently used interflora to send a beautiful bouquet to my daughter in Australia. They were identical to what I ordered so thought it would be the same this time. Sadly it wasn't!! I will have to think twice before I use Interflora again.

The flowers were not delivered on time because there was no local driver. I got refunded 25% of the total amount but don't think that's the right way to do it. We pay for specific day delivery for a reason.

The ordering process was straightforward. The flowers were spectacular- but you forgot to deliver the message to the recipient. Although you have refunded £10 in compensation it meant the recipient was left perplexed as was witnessed by his post on facebook/ instagram.

I paid for delivery prior to 12 noon and it arrived at 11.30, which was acceptable. The flowers that arrived were not as impressive as the picture. I paid £57 incl. delivery after nhs discount and the flowers looks about £30 max. These were for a colleague leaving the organisation, so I felt a little embarrassed.

Delivery was on time, however the flowers were very poor, the roses looked like they had been sitting around for a few days. These flowers were for my wife birthday and should have been a surprise for her, but the disappointment on her face said it all. Try calling the customer services but with no joy

This was an international delivery, we ordered flowers to be delivered in France by midday. Ten minutes before midday we received an email saying the flowers had been delivered, but it was clear from Whatsapp messages that no flowers had arrived. This caused major confusion and people were contacting local florists trying to find the flowers, had they been delivered to the wrong location? The flowers eventually arrived at about around 18:00. I appreciate the 25% refund but WHY send an email saying the flowers had been delivered which was clearly NOT true. I appreciate that the delivery time cannot be guaranteed but please don't send an email confiirming delivery unless you are sure it actually happened.

Unfortunately the bouquet that was received had dead roses in it, these were delivered on Monday 31st and now by Friday the roses have not lasted and had to be removed from the bouquet entirely after 2 days. This is not what I expect from Interflora, there is a reason I pay a premium for Interflora flowers and they have never previously disappointed but this time seem to have.

Asked for gins, got bottle of white wine instead.Told gins no longer available.So why are they a choice on website?Very disappointed.Wont use interflora again.

The order was not fully delivered. I ordered chocolates to accompany the bouquet of flowers, to make the surprise & treat that much bigger. Disappointingly the chocolates were not delivered. I am still waiting to receive a refund for their cost.

Paid £50 + £12 delivery for what was supposed to be a large bouquet for the pre-school team at daughter’s school to say thank you. When I saw the flowers I was very disappointed as I would have expected a far more impressive bouquet for £50. It looked more like a £35 bouquet. Wouldn’t use again as poor value for money.
