A shocking bunch of flowers were delivered to my wife for our wedding anniversary. We received a refund but the day has gone. £50 !!!!

Honestly the flowers were a disgrace for the money. Nothing like the pictures I chose. Will never order again.

I suggest you look at the Trust Pilot review that I have just completed. See below Be careful of this company. It seems you do not get what you think that you ordered. I placed an order for white roses for my daughters 50th birthday. The picture showed 15 white roses and that was what I expected to be delivered. The bouquet only contained 10 white roses on delivery. I immediately attempted to call them. No phone number was valid to call them. I sent an email and did not receive a reply. Eventually I did an online webchat and was told that roses are expensive at this time of year and that the bouquet is only made up to the value of the order dependent on the cost of the roses at this time. There is no mention of this on their website as I explained to the representative in the chat. I had a confirmation email showing my order and a picture clearly showing the 15 white roses. When I challenged her about this she said that she had never had anyone complaining about this issue before. I would argue that this is a trade descriptions issue. You do not show 15 roses in an order confirmation and then only receive 10. There is nothing on the website when you order stating that the order will only be made up to with the number of roses dependent on their cost at the time. I said that I wished a full refund, which I have yet to receive. This was reluctantly authorised. I also asked for my comments and dissatisfaction to be fed back to the company. However, this is not my only complaint because after my webchat, I spoke to my daughter and told her of my complaint and she forwarded me a photo showing that the outer petals of the roses were turning brown after only 4 days turning brown after only 4 days.

I was really disappointed with the quality of the flowers that were delivered they didn’t look anything like the bunch I had picked online and paid a lot of money for they definitely didn’t reflect the price. I was really disappointed as it was supposed to be a special gift.

Got flowers for my mums birthday. I saw them today they are yellow faded withered flowers not worth 50.00 and 7.00 delivery. Never had this problem before. It was embarrassing. Looked tatty like weeds :( feel I've been ripped off.

I received an email to say my flowers had been left in a safe place at a business address in Central London with a note There would have been someone there this is a radio station and there is a reception When I sent an email to ask where I was told the florist had been contacted but received no further response So I seem to have spent £42.50 with no idea where my gift was left Really disappointed

Many of the roses wilted after only a couple of days. These were supposed to be the premium roses.

The local provider delivered the flowers, but there was no message or card so my sister did not realise the flowers were from me. I chased this with the customer services but have had no response 5 days later. It was her 50th birthday so the missing card with my special 50th birthday message was very disappointing. My sister then called the florists and was told that the card must have fallen out...so we both had to chase up with varying success. All in all a sad, disappointing and stressful experience. Would not recommend. Luckily the flowers were nice, but it was not the happy experience that we should have had.

I am a florist and I could have made some flowers for my mum but I wanted to order something special and have it delivered. I’m totally disgusted with what you delivered it was nothing like what I ordered in fact, it was obviously some leftover stems that were put together…. I’m so disappointed!!!
