The local provider delivered the flowers, but there was no message or card so my sister did not realise the flowers were from me. I chased this with the customer services but have had no response 5 days later. It was her 50th birthday so the missing card with my special 50th birthday message was very disappointing. My sister then called the florists and was told that the card must have fallen out...so we both had to chase up with varying success. All in all a sad, disappointing and stressful experience. Would not recommend. Luckily the flowers were nice, but it was not the happy experience that we should have had.
