The driver couldn’t find the address despite delivering there before. Therefore the flowers were delivered the next day and the surprise ruined.

To be honest having seen the flowers after they were delivered to my mother they were extremely overpriced at £55 and I would have expected much more volume, the flowers were not even as good as a £20 bunch from Tesco so very disappointed particularly after having to pay for delivery too

Ordered a posie for International delivery to Australia.... Flowers did not arrive on specified day and after messaging Interflora and in turn they messaged the International branch they hadn't done anything with the order. Flowers should have been delivered on 18th of Feb and now will be delivered on 22nd Feb. Really Disappointed with this service. Will not be using again.

After placing an order for some flowers to send to a friend in France it took a week to find out what happened to the order and then found out no flowers had arrived. Customer services did reply and said order would be cancelled and refunded but unfortunately as I received no explanation as to what had happened with order / no offer or attempt made to get flowers sent this means I will be unlikely to place any future orders with Interflora.

The flowers were appalling! Probably about a £15 bouquet! Not a £50 bouquet!

Flowers not delivered on the day , missed my mum's birthday, had to call to reschedule delivery, customer service person at Interflora was very nice , and helpful, she explained that the it was the florist's in Poland who messed up the order, she even arranged for free chocolates to be added as a way to compensate for the late delivery. Unfortunately the bouquet did not look anything like the picture, I have ordered gerberts , roses and lilies and mum my received mostly carnations, and she does not like carnations, also the colour I've ordered was happy sunshine yellow and my mum received pink. I will not be sending flowers with Interflora again. What is the point of choosing a bouquet and receiving completely different bouquet and also not on the birthday, it was stressful and disappointing experience for myself and my mum.

I ordered flowers a week before Valentine’s Day and they did not arrive, I have not had a refund or an explanation as of today. I will never use Interflora again. You had my correct address and mobile number along with my email, you chose to use none of those to communicate with me. It upset my wife and ruined the day.

No telephone contact anymore. Emailed 3 days prior to delivery to make a change, kepy emailing for the next 3 days until I was finally told I was too late to amend my order. Ordered delivered to incorrect address and only offered a 25% refund for the inconvenience. I will not use Interflora again, really bad service, very dissapointed customer on Valentines Day. We spend hundreds of pounds a year as a business sending flowers for various different reasons. Stick to your local florist direct, its a safer bet you can actually speak to someone when you need to.

delivered flowers (Romantic Magnicient Mix) bore very little resemblance to online picture and a complaint with photographic evidence did not even receive an acknowledgement

I ordered flowers to Ga in the USA....delivery was for same the 13th Feb 2024....no delivery i emailed and u called mr saying no florist im the area and u could redilver on the 16th nothing for 14th or 15th....it toom me emailing you. NEVER AGAIN THIS HAPPENED A YR AGO TOO....YOUR WEBSITE TOOK MY MONEY THE DAY AND DATE I WANTED PASSED YOU ARE SO POOR AND NEVER SGAIN AND THE WOMAN THAT CALLED ME WAS BAD ON THE PHONE NO CARE NO WAMRTH ON PHONE I WAS SHOCKED .

Unfortunately the candle was on top of the rose plant and had rattled around. This stems from two pronblems. Inadequate packaging and poor transport. I use Interflora as they ususally use local florists who deleiver in their own transoprt. On this occassion DPD was the courier and clearly they had not taken care. I realise that this is about DPD. However Interflora made a decision to use them and DID NOT package the items adequately. Plant is damaged but will regrow.

The delivery was appalling! The roses my partner received did not arrive in the box as per the order and the delivery lady advised that they had "fell over in her van". The flowers were for Valentines Day surpise and this was ruined totally by Interflora !
