“My husband paid £95 for my birthday flowers which having been kept out of direct sunlight and heat died after four days.”

“The picture advertised were roses and some other flowers, the flowers arrived were a bunch of garden flowers- really disappointed. It wasn’t as if the flowers were cheap, will not be purchasing again. Can’t believe I paid £45.59 for a bunch of greenery and odd white flowers which I’ve seen in my back garden.”

“Two weeks before a scheduled delivery date I asked for the delivery to be pushed out by 10 days. I received a confirmation that this had been arranged. The flowers were delivered on the original delivery date and will be dead before my relative receives them on the date I requested.”

“Arrived a day after the notification said it did. Chocolates I paid for were missing and the card only had order details not the greeting included. Emailed interflora and have heard nothing back. So disappointed especially as I’d signed up for another year old gold pass. Don’t waste your money with interflora anymore.”

“You took my order they didn’t get delivered till the next day! If it was not possible you shouldn’t have taken the order. My sister wasn’t there on the Saturday they were left with a neighbour till she got back from a weekend break. She was going to take them to my mum as she is in a home. I couldn’t change anything as you didn’t reply.”

“Flowers arrived a day late because DPD said there was no one at the property when they tried to deliver. This is a blatant lie as the the delivery address was to a hotel with a manned reception. I think DPD couldn't be bothered to deliver that day because the hotel was in a slightly remote location. They delivered fine the folowing day. The flowers missed my relationship aniversery day so were pointless being delivered the following day. It was very embarrasing. Not happy. Flowers were fine when they arrived.”

“This is the second year in which I have ordered flowers for my sisters birthday and the second fail. She sent me a picture and it were a mixed bag of fully opened and half dead flowers.”

“What was delivered was nothing like what I choose online, I wanted pastel colours as my daughter had just had a baby, I didn’t like the daffodils that were in the flowers, it made it look cheap , I wo’t be ordering from you again”

“First time I used Interflora and ordered my floweres 4 days before the due date, I had to ring and check when my delivery was going to take please, as I mentioned my wife works at a school so the delivery needed to be done before 3pm. When I chased the delivery, the agent wasn't able to get in contact with the floriest, I was told I would get a call or an update, a week on I'm still waiting for my update/call back”

“When i collected my order which was to be bright bouqet with lilies, was white and red and green no lilies, i said it didnt look anything like what i ordered she said it was what she had i showed her my email of what i ordered and she said she would put a few lilies in it then she asked me to return in 10 mins as she didnt properly read my order and she would make me another, it was better but still nothing like i ordered. Was reminents of what she had left. When i got home i also had someone elses card in them. So dissapointing and waste of money these were for my mum on mothers day they didnt last very long either. I will never order again supermarket flowers would have been way better”

“I ordered a bunch of Begonis for my friend Bitthay in Bournemouth but she she received something very different which was a dried up plant in a vase. I sent two emails enquiring about this and have not received any reply. I will be deleting my Interflora account and will not use this service again. Please see photos below wish we could offer no stars..pity”

“plant was delivered but there was soil all over the inside of the box and essentially the plant had to be replanted in the pot again, not good, 1 wont be ordering again”
