Customer services very good, no problems. My only issue is with price, could be cheaper.

The service was quick but information from me regarding the correct addressee was not passed on.

I couldn't understand why they stopped my cover when the payment was direct debit and up to date as normally the next premium rolls on to the next year.the new agreement surprisingly states the policy runs year after year unless I cancel, very strange?

Tried to renew my insurance on 2nd and 3rd Jan using tel nos on quote. Answering system was unusable and did not explain why could not get through. On using tel no on web page got through to one of your staff. From this point there was no problem, very helpful young lady. You need to support yor staff with some better technology.

Efficient and professional. Disappointed in having to pay a charge for paying up front rather than monthly, as in the past.

Well, from Kay & Trev, not happy about the admin fee or the processing charge, it always appears that Insurance Companies wish to extort whatever they can from the policyholder. We have numerous policies, non of which charge a admin cost or renewal premium, why we pay you by direct debit and then you invoke a fee!! Everyone does get frustrated that how much more do you guys want, probably would have saved us £5.96 had we have paid by cash at your office, no doubt your Company would have charged kay and myself for the pleasure of doing business with you anyway. We do understand that no matter of our comments, INTA will claim, well, we have to charge customers for the services we provide, providing premiums, advice, printing & posting, administration, customer service, renewal, and, of course these charges are only reasonable. Erm Yea, really, not to us, do you know even if we complained about the charges it would involve the Ombudsman and go on for years! Perhaps the comments INTA did not wish to hear, hey guys!, at the end of the day it is not a contest, we just feel that the TPC and the Admin Fee is over the top, really, you are looking at well over 15% of the annual premium. The IPT is not an issue, we accept that. INTA invited comments, yes, the Insurance Cover is fine, additional charges, well not happy. Thankyou for the opportunity to respond to your feedback. Best wishes Kay & Trev

Made me unhappy. I was sent a password to access the site which was refused. Attempted to log in using policy number - again not accepted. Wasted much time and very frustrated. Is this customer service? Am overseas so prefer not to telephone and be left listening to a list of options and sweet musac.

Intasure are quite efficient and respond quickly to any queries. Not had a claim so don't know how they would rate in this respect. However they seem quite expensive which is caused partly by the high admin charge.

Are you sending the full quote by email or Royal Mail? Glen

You didn't at first since I thought the number and content of recent eMails relating to insurance renewal was excessive and confusing, and I say that as a fairly intelligent retired professional engineer. Telecon with one of your agents did however redeem situation and I have no complaints on that score.

From an online perspective, Intasure are very professional and everything is clear and well presented. However, the initial quotation came through when we were on holiday and from that point we were bombarded with phone calls and messages virtually every day (sometimes two or three in a day) which were logged on our phones both at home and work. I find this totally intrusive and it will make me question whether we stay with Intasure next year.

Reasonably priced insurance cover. Needs to work on making its log in portal more user friendly as being denied access appears to be a regular occurrence.

The service over the phone was quick and easy. I really liked the fact that the person who took my call had a sense of humour and was pleasant to deal with, you don't normally get that when dealing with contact centres.

Initially very happy when I insured with Intasure some years ago. In recent years premiums have increased dramatically and other quotes have been better. On contacting Intasure on latest quote [£400 plus an undisclosed £10 for card payment?] was assured that "something" could be done. However the main reduction was made by decreasing the contents value with a small decrease made by Intasure? As with most Insurance companies it seems loyal customers are not valued and premiums increase in the knowledge that most will renew with out question. Good companies value customers and seek to retain them with best price practice.

1. As a Customer I am expected to be able to understand what are quite complex documents. I find them particularly difficult to read online. I would prefer that written copies be issued. We don't all have printers. 2. I don't feel confident that the person I spoke to fully understands the business. How well are they trained? As a Customer I have to declare that I fully understand my policy and all that is required of me, and yet plain English - 'non insurance speak' is lacking. Clearly a script was being followed. While I understand the need for that, questions outside of that need to be dealt with confidently. When I rang, the person I spoke to tried to be helpful, but in response to a question she said 'it's in your endorsements'. There is an assumption that we know what that term means. Also she needed to ask someone else for answers to my questions. I wonder how well you train people to understand your business and to explain matters in layman's terms. I must emphasise that this is not a reflection on the lady herself, but rather how you ask your staff to work. 3.I have renewed my insurance but remain unconvinced that the water doesn't have to be drained down in the winter. 4. On the plus side I got a quick response to both an email and a telephone call. The lady was friendly and clearly doing her best. 5. It is difficult to get the type of insurance this policy provides for so am pleased that you do so. 6. I are pleased that the insurance is underwritten under the umbrella of Aegeas as we have had excellent service from them under other policies.
