“Ordered some insulation and plasterboard, was advised that the insulation I placed an order for wasn't available. Is a little odd that I was still allowed to order it in the first place, but all was well as they helpfully gave me a call and recommended a like for like replacement. They provided a delivery date for all items. On the morning of delivery I hadn't received any estimated delivery time, as such i called went through the the 'deliveries' option which asked me to leave a message, which i did and also sent an email. After no response I called and selected the 'sales' option which was immediately answered. The sales agent, advised that the delivery will be between 12 and 1, however the insulation that I ordered won't be delivered until next week!! This is very disappointing I had taken annual leave to finish this job, but now I can't do anything as only have the plasterboard and a bit of loft insulation. Whilst they offer a cheaper service I wish I had paid a little more and got better service, they must have known before this morning that the insulation wasn't ready. If I was provided with more notice I could have rearranged my days off. I am now trying to find another supplier so i don't waste my annual leave”

“I have used them before, these were the best price I could find online for the quantity I needed. They delivered on time, no damages and the driver went out of his way to help me to unload the boards on the back of the house. all-around, a superb service. thanks, Al”

“Following a delivery mix up (third party courier delivered to wrong address) Insulation 4 Less were excellent. They ensured they kept me i the loop as to what was happening and they asked the Courier to also call. Insulation arrived a week later than expected, but mistakes happen, the way it was handled was excellent. The packaging used for the deliver was also great, no heavy pallets or masses of plastic, the insulation was tightly rolled and sat on a simple polystyrene support. Packing and polystyrene was sued in the insulation process and is at home covering the loft hatch. We have already noticed the difference of having the additional insulation in the roof.”
