Hello Graham, Thank you for your review. We're sorry delivery didn't arrive on the expected delivery date and was delayed by a day. We do state on our order confirmations that delivery dates given are not guarantees and on rare occasions delays can occur which are out of our control. As regards the damage, we emailed you within 30 minutes of you bringing this to our attention. We asked you to send us pictures so that we could rectify the issue but you did not reply to us. “did what they said when they said they'd do it - you can't ask for any more than that - delivery driver was a little bit short with my Mother when she requested where the delivery be left which he ignored but minor in the grand scheme of things - good value service.”

“Very good price. Free delivery if you only want Insulation over their £ delivery threshold. So don't order any tapes or sundries because then delivery is added. A quirk of the ordering process I guess. Otherwise, great.”

“Insulated plasterboard - took a couple of weeks but good price and the very helpful local supplier was able to deliver with a Luton truck as we have narrow lanes. Items delivered in first-class condition.”

“Excellent prices and service, delivery driver excelled in service. The insulation and plasterboards had to stay outside for several days but were exceptionally well wrapped and (despite the horrendous weather) kept dry! Very happy to recommend”

“Ordered 13 rolls, got 12 dry ones and one which was soaking wet and still cannot be used 3 weeks later. Would highly recommend comparing price per sq/m or checking area of each roll, as price differences can mask what you actually get. Quality of insulation (when dry) is fine, just a shame one is unusable - there is no way this would not have been known when loading or unloading the lorry, it is absolutely sodden.”
