“Outside light took quite a long time to arrive but we are very pleased with it. Very well made. Strong and sturdy and lights the area around front door brilliantly. We had a bit of bother getting correct bulb for it as it was different from the one in the instructions. Would have appreciated a bulb being included. Very pleased with purchase and will definitely recommend.”

“I have purchased a few lamps from Inspyer Lighting and I have to say they both are incredibly aesthetically pleasing to the eye - both quality designer products. Inspyer Lighting deliver on service too going above and beyond with a prompt and well packaged safe delivery of the lamps. The Flos Bellhop portable lamp is perfect for placing in different areas of the room such as on the coffee table as well as outside on the balcony table. Dim all the remaining lights down and it makes you feel like its "cocktail hour" ! Wonderful!!”

“Inspyer Lighting had a very good price for the 'DWC Editions Org' wall lamp, I ordered two of them. They replied it could take a while, up to 7 weeks, due to the manufacturer's schedule, and they asked me if I wanted to cancel my order, but I was in no hurry. I got the lamps right in time, as announced, and with good tracking information. (a little damage caused by transport, but no big deal) A perfect match ! would definetely deal with them again.”

“Love the light but I had chosen to buy from Inspire because it stated that as a new Customer I would be entitled to a discount - turns out you only get the discount on a second order placed within a short lead time. Forget it Inspyer, I'll purchase elsewhere in future.”

Hi Les, we're glad you like the light! Regarding the discount - you can only get the additional 5% discount (on top of the 20% discount you already received) if you sign up for our newsletter. Hi Mariana, As discussed over the many emails we exchanged regarding this order, the adjustable beam issue was because you used information from an old catalogue you had from a third party - the catalogues published on our website and on the manufacturers site do not say it has an adjustable beam, these ones are no longer made. We cannot he held responsible if you read an old brochure from another retailer. Regarding the incomplete order - we are very sorry that the 5 lights arrived with 2 drivers missing, we tried to rectify the situation as quickly as possible and tried to keep you informed at every stage. Unfortuately as these parts were being shipped from Italy to Bulgaria in the middle of the Covid lockdown there were many additional delays from both the manufacturer and the shipping company (who found it very difficult to find your address on several occassions). We are very glad that you received the entire order shortly after writing this review and we appreciate your emails to us thanking us for all our efforts. We hope that the service you have recieved from our company (as oppossed to the manufacturer and freight company) would warrant a much higher rating as oppossed to the 2 stars....
