About Infinity Motorcycles:

Infinity Motorcycles was established in 1999 by Rob Puttick and Dave Holloway, both veterans of the UK motorcycle trade. From humble beginnings in a former bank on the North Circular in London, Infinity Motorcycles now has 14 branches, from Glasgow to Southampton, and an online department, employing a total of around 150 people.

Everyone likes a bargain, but we try and make sure we offer a bit more too. Our staff turnover is low and we invest more in staff training than anyone else we know of in the bike trade - we don't think these two facts are mutually exclusive! Infinity Motorcycles takes Customer Service seriously. So Dave and Rob still want to hear from you about your experience of shopping with us, good or bad.

Website wasn’t allowing payment to work, I tried several times. Had to call, lady was very helpful and processed my order with no issue.

Three stars because whilst they did not send the correct order first time round, it was corrected quickly and the missing item received a couple of days later

Although the experience of using “ Infinity Motorcycles “ website was 100% satisfactory too navigate and order my items, the biggest let down was the postal delivery by DPD. The first part of my order was delivered into my porch without any problems. BUT!!! The rest of my order wasn’t what l was expecting. According to the DPD delivery driver he attempted to deliver but got no response from either myself of my wife, which resulted in having to collect my items from a superstore 4 miles away. Now getting back to the supposedly delivery by DPD, if the delivery driver hadn’t got a response, why didn’t he leave a card ? Which normally happens. After reviewing our DoorBell camera, l found there wasn’t any deliveries by anybody, then after checking our mobile phones we had NO NOTIFICATIONS from our video DoorBell, PLUS myself and my wife were both at home at the time of the supposedly delivery. I must reiterate that my whole experience of using “ Infinity Motorcycles “ should in no way put anybody of using there website or in fact using there store.

Helmet sent back for a larger size. I’ve had no communication from infinity and have had to call to check they received the returned helmet. 2 weeks later with not a single email or call from them I had to call again to check what was happening. Very poor communication from infinity.

The online offering leaves a little to be desired. I purchased a pair of Goretex trousers which turned out to be out of stock despite the website saying otherwise. I was offered a fairly significant discount on an upgraded pair which helped a great deal. I then went on to order the matching jacket. The trousers arrived in good time but with a delivery note for the jacket. The jacket has yet to appear despite being ordered almost a week ago. Apparently Rukka offers an additional years guarantee if the buyer registers with them, but it isn't clear how that's done via Infinity.

Happy with the AGV helmet delivered this week, price and quality, but somewhat surprised that the shell was made in 2017. Bit shocked with their stock turnover that Infinity are selling 5 year old helmets as new…worth checking your Black Friday purchases everyone!

Fairly slow processing my order. You Used Parcelforce to deliver. who returned my order to their depot, even though I left clear instructions for parcel to be left with neighbour. Not yet received my order.

I am terribly sorry for the recent experience with Infinity Motorcycles. Due to a high volume of orders over Black Friday, as well as the Royal Mail strike action, we're experiencing longer dispatch times than usual. I Received the order not the next day, as advertised, but the day after that, The jeans I received had 1 knee protector missing and both hip protectors missing, So had to return but, has it happened they where ttoo big anyway, Asking for the smaller size on return Received the smaller size and all was good in the end,

Hi Lee, I can see that you ordered some jeans with us on 24/10/2022, they were picked up by our carrier on 24/10/2022. There was a delay within Parcelforce and your product was delivered on 26/10/2022. I would like to apologise for the delay in your order getting to you. The delivery is done by PARCELFORCE which never leave the items at my flat door and even though I pay for delivery I have to drive 12 miles to their Depot and collect my purchase and because of it I won’t be buying online in the future

Good communication, poor website stocking accuracy. Found an item not available elsewhere, in stock (apparently) but not. Polite phone conversation (they rang I didn’t chase) to inform and swift refund. Frustrating but good customer service
