“My dealing with this company has been great, ordered 20m² of sawn and honed, mint, sandstone on a Monday afternoon and had my order delivered on the Friday morning. The Delivery driver was extremely helpful. As I unpacked the slabs i was impressed by the level of effort that had been put into keeping them safe in transit. Not a single broken one in the pack. The quality of the product had me impressed to. With natural stone you would expect a few that looked less attractive. But every stone from the pack was perfect. no chips, no natural defects. It made laying them a delight. 10/10 would recommend.”
“The paving I ordered arrived on the day they were due, I had texts from palletways, the delivery company, informing me of day of delivery and texts on the day giving me delivery times. The delivery man was very helpful and put them exactly where we wanted them.
The only negative was that I didn't get an email confirmation received at point of order, so I wondered if it had gone through ok

“Service was good except for the final delivery. Pallets were delivered on a lorry with a pallet truck that could not cope with our gravel drive therefore pallets had to be dumped directly off the lorry's tailgate.”

Ordered on Friday evening before the Bank Holiday, used a £15 voucher off the price but paid £15 for express delivery as wanted to get the patio laid this week. They were delivered Wednesday morning and the sun was shining so my partner set to work. By Thursday evening it was already laid and pointed up. The slabs were good quality and it looks beautiful outside now. Just got to finish off the edging and we will have a lovely outdoor space to chill out on now.
