However delivery with the slabs were delayed and delayed , causing me to loose out on money and time , also there were constant issues with miscommunication with the delivery service which was frustrating
Also grout was not in stock even though saying there was stock on the website .”
“No prior date of delivery of 4 crates. Lorry turned up and we had not had notice to sort out our gravel drive. 8 large slabs the wrong colour in a crate”

Further to below – - it’s clear our previous order for the 3 packs in September -ordered as 18mm paving at 22sq meters a pack , actually delivered as 22mm paving at 18 sq meters a pack – hence the shortage we encountered for our 6o sq meter install.
We have of course now rectified this just in time for Christmas opening - using just 4 pieces of paving from the additional 18mm pack I recently purchased – but mindful that this mistake has unnecessarily cost me the additional pack !

I have just ordered as attached, and my earlier order for 3 packs of the same was on 1st Sept this year.
My contractor believes the 3 packs we received on the first order are 18sq meter packs not 22 – as we are running short for the project hence the extra order today. –– we have 60 sq meters to cover so had ordered the 3 packs for this back in Sept . could you please check – the crate footprint is 900 x 960mm.
Our guys will also double check once they get a complete pack finished

“Delivery was over 5 days. The delivery driver was not competent in using the pallet lift.
I sent an email to you on the 01/09/2023 with images but have had no response.
Also the slabs look more grey than Raj Green as in you website pictures.

“I ended up being very disappointed by the service from Infinite Paving, I was reluctant to leave a review like this but I’ve sent 2 emails to discuss the situation and have been blatantly ignored. The attached photos are how I received my pallet of porcelain slabs, an order of 20 slabs 3 had cracked/chipped corner, the boxes the slabs came in were wet/ripped and as you can see from the plastic corner protectors were mostly broken. The pallet had insufficient to protect in transit. I made contact to discuss and have yet to receive a response. These were expensive slabs and I would advise anyone to be wary that you will have to over order massively or take the risk.”

“Paving slabs arrived in good condtion and the spares included were not needed as nothing had broken in transit. The rest of my experience was less impressive. I couldn't find anywhere on line to specify the delivery date. Called and was told this facility was there. Went right through the pages and ordered without finding this. Emailed. No reply. Ranf and was told the date I wanted was no problem. Got an email confirming this. But the delivery was made days earlier and had to be turned away as no one available to move slabs from pallet. Called to rebook and this time the delivery came on the right day.”
