“Hi thank you for my order, the paving slabs are great however there are 5 chipped ones and three of the have scratches/ gauges on the surface. I have taken pictures of them whilst unpacking then, and also took a video of opening the packing. Is there any thing you can do to help please as I feel these won't be any good to lay. Palletways kept changing the date, expected delivery on the Friday and took the day of work, they then arrived on Monday, this however is no reflection on infinite paving Ltd.”

“The paving arrived on time but the delivery driver was unhelpful and dropped pallets off on the pavement and blocked access, so was told to move them. The packaging was superb with only 2 slabs broken out of over 50 meters, quality of the stone again is excellent, great to do business with you guys!! Thank you.”

“I can’t fault the service that Infinite paving provides, easy to use web site and quick delivery. Some of the limestone sawn edge tiles were 2-3 mm different which can become a problem on long runs! Perhaps you could inform your supplier.”
