It would have helped to have had clarification by text or email as promised , but just a small criticism.

“The delivery was fine so I got the product okay. The stone was good bowever there were some marks that I presume to be from the processing of the stone - when I reached out to Rowan he made an effort to get back in touch and was very helpful and listnened to my concerns as we figured out what the marks were. I appreciated his endeavour to be in touch and to make amends. He had some helpful advice and we will see if the marks are removed when I sela the stone.”

“Hi thank you for my order, the paving slabs are great however there are 5 chipped ones and three of the have scratches/ gauges on the surface. I have taken pictures of them whilst unpacking then, and also took a video of opening the packing.
Is there any thing you can do to help please as I feel these won't be any good to lay. Palletways kept changing the date, expected delivery on the Friday and took the day of work, they then arrived on Monday, this however is no reflection on infinite paving Ltd.”
