“I had heard a lot of horror tales about the paving arriving damaged from other suppliers stating that there was a 15% allowance. No such problem here. There was very little damage (2 tiles in 120msqu) due to the high quality of the packing. The product itself was excellent and we are very pleased with the result as you can see from the photograph. The advice given was good and accurate and I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again.”

“I did have 16 broken slabs out of 32 and when sent replacement pallet I had a further 16 broken out of 20!! That being said the owner did handle it very well and refunded me. I think delivery company’s have a lot to answer for myself.”

“I ordered 3 packs of kandela grey and it is absolutely superb it's just started to go down and looks amazing there is hardly any damage in all 3 crates l would highly recommend rowan after speaking to him and him telling me the difference between cuts could of got the product cheaper elsewhere but you get what you pay for even the firm laying them said I got a bargain”

“We ordered 60m2 Kandla Grey 600mmx 295mm, calibrated slabs, laid by a builder in October. We found the website easy to use. Prices extremely competitive. Ordering very straightforward and an email confirmation. Excellent email correspondence regarding order tracking and delivery. Delivery when stated and the product very well packed - we had no breakages. Great product and the patio looks fantastic. We're delighted and have recommended to family and friends. This is the first review we've ever felt compelled to write! A & D Leicestershire.”

“Infinite paving offers top quality sandstone paving products at a very competitive price especially for Indian sawn mint paving slabs. I have used some 40m2 of them for my patio and it looks stunning. In addition to their high quality product range Rowan's team has also demonstrated their excellent customer support services. As a comeback customer I wanted to buy the same Indian sandstone again for my front patio and footpath but I made a mistake in calculating the number of slabs I need. I ordered twice as much as I needed which could have caused an unnecessary overspent of some £2400. Rowan went the extra mile talking with his supplier and carrier to help me amend the order. I can't praise more for their excellent product quality and customer care.”

“We love the Mint Fossil Slabs, and although we, unfortunately, had a few cracked slabs (more than the allowance), Rowan sorted this out quickly and I couldn't be happier with the customer service. We would definitely use Infinite Paving again.”

“Excellent company to deal with. Price was good, delivery using the express was exactly the day we were promised. Notified delivery was on the way. (Bought Friday pm online, delivered the next Monday morning) Well packed on a small pallet. Very pleased with the circular Kandla grey Indian sandstone. Has laid down very well, all the pieces fitting together perfectly. We would recommend Infinite Paving to family and friends, in fact have already done so.”
