Avoid - left with unfinished patio after spending over £1.2k. Stone was delivered in boxes not fit for the job, falling apart on the pallet only held together by cling wrap. Made it really dangerous to unload. Joint It compound arrived already hardened so we are unable to finish our patio. I got in touch with Rowan from Infinite Paving and he said he would dispatch more but he didn’t and has ignored my calls and emails since. A real shame, the stone itself is okay (not perfectly rectified and some chips), company let down by unprofessional communication.

the palets were very difficult to unpack . the delivery company used was very bad at communicating and at loading up their lorry . they loaded 2 of the pallets so that they could not be unloaded with its pallet truck . such idiots . they had to return to the depot to have it re loaded . they said that they would return in 2 or 3 hours but failed to do so . they also failed to communicate to that effect and failed to update the tracking . they sent a text on the following tuesday at 08.50 saying that they would be returning between 09.06 and 11.06 . this not being enough time allowing me to get to site .

Dear Emma, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review and we really appreciate you letting us know your experience with Infinite Paving. We are sorry your circle kit was not delivered on the 3rd working day as planned. I can see that it was successfully delivered on the 5th working day (ordered on a 3-5 working day service). Apologies for the inconvenience this caused and thank you once again for your feedback. Best wishes, Rowan

Zero contact or support from the customer service team despite’s sending emails in. I would avoid this company in the future. Id have given zero stars if the option had been available

Dear Nickie, thank you so much for taking the time to review Infinite Paving Ltd. We truly apologise for the delay in response to your emails. Your feedback helps us to improve our services. As we have since been in communication and looked into the reason, the transport company have stated an access issue to your delivery address not meeting the requirements on our website for an 18ton lorry which is what lead to the delays. They did originally attempt to take it out on the 12th which was the next working day after your order but needed to redeliver on a smaller vehicle due to access. In such instances, you would normally be charged a £30 redelivery charge which we have been quite happy to waive considering the communication issues brought up. Hope that helps and thank you for your feedback.

Customer service non existent. Had to resolve delivery issues myself. Company went silent for 1-2 weeks despite repeatedly calling and emailing. Called them out on their Facebook post in the end to get a reaction. No apology. Overall poor customer service despite excellent quality slabs.

Dear Graham, thank you for taking the time to review Infinite Paving Ltd. We apologise for the delay in response to your emails. Your feedback helps us to improve our services. As you know from the communication on the day of attempted delivery which happened the 3rd working day from order (3-5 working day service), your delivery address does not meet the requirements specified on our website and does NOT have access for an 18ton lorry. It barely has access for a 7.5ton vehicle which you have acknowledged, but these vehicles cannot deliver 1ton packs. We acknowledge there were some subsequent delays arising from the transport company sending the pallet back to us when a solution wasn't found quick enough, and apologies for this. As you know, we then sent it back out on a next day service at our cost to your alternative address. We have not even taken the £30 re-delivery charge from you as we understood you were not happy despite the issues arising from your delivery access and we always do our best to have happy customers and thought this may help.

Payed for an express delivery. After 5 days of not receiving any product or no further correspondence I chased only to be told that the product was not in stock- even thou the web site said it was. Now awaiting further instructions on if it is available.

Absolutely awful communication. Our order repeatedly did not arrive. I contacted infinite multiple times to no response. Managed to find tracking to find paving was at our local delivery depot but due to infinite over packing the crates could not be moved m. They had also contacted infinite to no response. We eventually had to take time off work, borrow a van and go collect them ourselves by hand lifting each slate one by one.

Terrible. I used this company lots of times and even recommended them to others who have used them too but never again, i ordered the wrong pallet of paving and asked to get it refunded until i had decided what to get, they said it would cost me £150 off of what i paid and i was happy with that, 6 months later and the pallet is still there (in the way), countless phone calls and no refund. Its unfortunate because as a builder i would have carried on using this company but they have ruined any trust by not acting like a professional company and seem to only be interested in money.

Terrible service, no contact of when paving will arrive and when they did, poor delivery service. Slabs were left in wrong place and crate was splitting. Meaning I had to drive my truck next to the paving to secure it. If I had opened it without truck being there, all pavers would have smashed on floor. I’ve attached pics

Three weeks from order to delivery, pallet resent as lost. Now need to return them due to lateness, as I have sourced elsewhere on next day delivery. Infinite paving are now ignoring all communication to complete a return and refund.

Delivery was fast but trying to get hold of anyone to answer a simple question is impossible as the mail box is full when you call and the e-mails never get answered. I haven't checked my slabs yet but if you cannot even get a pattern sent across what hope do I have if slabs are broken. Fast service is let down by shocking customer service so be warned!

When I needed a third load of stone it was delivered by a carrier with just a tail lift not a builders lorry. He refused to put it on our property and just dumped it on our neighbors drive and drove away. I now have to move 18.5 sq meters of stone by hand from my neighbors to the back of my house were the two previous pallets of stone were delivered.
