“Payed for an express delivery. After 5 days of not receiving any product or no further correspondence I chased only to be told that the product was not in stock- even thou the web site said it was. Now awaiting further instructions on if it is available.”

“Absolutely awful communication. Our order repeatedly did not arrive. I contacted infinite multiple times to no response. Managed to find tracking to find paving was at our local delivery depot but due to infinite over packing the crates could not be moved m. They had also contacted infinite to no response. We eventually had to take time off work, borrow a van and go collect them ourselves by hand lifting each slate one by one.”
