“Hi thank you for my order, the paving slabs are great however there are 5 chipped ones and three of the have scratches/ gauges on the surface. I have taken pictures of them whilst unpacking then, and also took a video of opening the packing.
Is there any thing you can do to help please as I feel these won't be any good to lay. Palletways kept changing the date, expected delivery on the Friday and took the day of work, they then arrived on Monday, this however is no reflection on infinite paving Ltd.”
“I ended up being very disappointed by the service from Infinite Paving, I was reluctant to leave a review like this but I’ve sent 2 emails to discuss the situation and have been blatantly ignored. The attached photos are how I received my pallet of porcelain slabs, an order of 20 slabs 3 had cracked/chipped corner, the boxes the slabs came in were wet/ripped and as you can see from the plastic corner protectors were mostly broken. The pallet had insufficient to protect in transit. I made contact to discuss and have yet to receive a response. These were expensive slabs and I would advise anyone to be wary that you will have to over order massively or take the risk.”
“We had a bad start with a 2 week delivery without being advised of the delay. That being said, they sorted it out with some calls and the items were delivered. The delivery was undamaged due to good packaging, not one stone was broken. We will order again as we are looking for paving.”

“the palets were very difficult to unpack . the delivery company used was very bad at communicating and at loading up their lorry . they loaded 2 of the pallets so that they could not be unloaded with its pallet truck . such idiots . they had to return to the depot to have it re loaded . they said that they would return in 2 or 3 hours but failed to do so . they also failed to communicate to that effect and failed to update the tracking . they sent a text on the following tuesday at 08.50 saying that they would be returning between 09.06 and 11.06 . this not being enough time allowing me to get to site .”
