“Great service at good price Only negative was the toilets Very grubby and no soap or drying facility for hands”

“felt the pick up was below par. clearly they knew there was quite a few arriving on our flight so should have been at pick up. edoevially as more than one mini bis load”

“Had to wait over 30 mins to be picked up.Car was blocked in by 2 others.The poor member of staff on his own and was working hard to please everyone.he was rushed off his feet.needed 2 staff”

We actually had a staff issue that evening which has since been resolved.
