“Good service at a reasonable price. Only downside is the walk from bus stop to terminal and waiting time which was greater than 15mins for pick up”

“Online booking was simple and straightforward. Make sure you are fully aware of t&c's before you book. Tucked away in an industrial estate, locating In2carparks took longer than expected as it was our first visit. Pleasant phone call for additional clear directions. Despite appearances of the location it looked secure. Check in was straightforward and the shuttle service was prompt for the short journey to the drop off point, which is a 5 to 10 min walk away from the terminal building. We returned at midnight 2 weeks later and rang the number given on checking in, before the 5 to 10 min walk to where we were originally dropped off. We just missed the first shuttle bus and had to wait about 15 mins for it to return. I could see where My car was parked as I approached the office to collect My keys, checking out was straightforward. Gave my vehicle a check over for signs of any damage (remember t&c's) apart from alot of bird poop everything was fine, obviously damage and bird poop could have happened in the long stay carpark I would normally have used. Positive experience with all the staff We met. If your looking for high end meet and greet, wrap your "car baby" in bubble wrap, chauffeur driven experience, I would think twice however if you normally park in a long stay uncovered carpark and based on this experience I would book again as it saved Me some money for no additional risk.”

“AVOID! Worst service ever. The attitude is disgusting and the collection back left us sat for 30 mins at 2am even though they are a 5 min drive away. Car was parked behind 2 others and was unable to get it out until they dug through the box of mixed keys and I was told this was my fault!”
