“Arrival and transfer to airport went very smoothly,party of 10 of us,return trip from airport very busy even though 1.30am,driver worked very hard tho could have done with an extra transfer vehicle as around 20/25 people needing collecting van held 8 people..there was also a£5 drop off fee which we had not been informed about.,have used before and will probably use again.”

“I recently used the airport car park service and, unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. After a long flight, we were left waiting in the middle of the night for our pick-up to the car park. Despite calling the service, our initial request went unanswered, and it took a second call before we were finally picked up, resulting in a frustrating 40-minute wait. To make matters worse, we were not notified about a change in the pick-up location. This lack of communication led us to walk unnecessarily around the airport, adding to our exhaustion and frustration. Overall, the poor communication and long wait times made for a very disappointing experience. Improvements in communication and efficiency are sorely needed for a smoother, more reliable service. I hope the management takes these issues seriously to enhance the experience for future customers. We believe it could be improved as previously we had much better experience!”

“When we first arrived there were a lot of people waiting to get on the mini bus in the rain. A shelter would be beneficial so people can wait away from the rain. On returning the transfer took quite a time to arrive to collect and only just fitted all the passengers in 1 vehicle”

“Has changed since I used this carpark last time it was at a different location. Did find the driver a bit abrupt also cars were just packed into very small spaces. You give a time of arrival but find yourself waiting longer as other people have turned up and no room so we had to wait for them to be dropped off”

“Easy drop off location close to the airport, short wait for transfers. Great value, the drop off and collection point could be better as you have about a 7 minute walk to the terminal. Would use again.”

“I parked with In2carpark plenty times now, always good price and service but sometimes for pickup from Airport to take you back to the car you need to wait un pick up place up to 30min - that should be improved. Anything else all great.”
