“I won't be booking here again unfortunately as I wasn't very happy that they couldn't bring my baby's car seat when picking us up. When I booked, it said it was a bus taking us to the airport, I wouldn't have booked this if I'd have known it was a van and they would refuse to bring the car seat. So I had to loosly hold my tiny baby, and it's not like they drove slow either to compensate for this.”

“The drop off and transfer was great with a lovely friendly greeting. However, we waited almost an hour and had to call twice for the return. We watched the bus drive away, despite calling to say we were there and after another 15 mins wait in the freezing cold , we called back and were told we must be in the wrong place. We weren't and the man we spoke to was just rude. It was a further half an hour before the bus finally arrived. The main issue here was the way the return was dealt with. We called,and waited in exactly the right place but your service fell short .”

“Flight got cancelled, they don’t do refunds, instead they give you credit for next time, Liverpool airport was a one off for me so will never use it, waste of money”
