“Very good service. Please note that there is a new pick-up point upon your return, which is quite a distance from the drop-off area. Thankfully the weather was kind to us when we landed.”

“The shuttle bus (ie. Transit van) falling apart…no steps available, no interior lights, bare metal seat brackets sticking out, door trim literally hanging off. My wife almost tripped over it in the dark. They have been using this same old van for donkeys years…someone is going to have a serious accident. Spend some of your profits and get a new minibus!!! We do pay for service after all. Also, why can’t they pick you up where they drop you off outside the terminal??? I would rather pay an extra few quid than wander round the massive car park trying to find the pick up point - which doesn’t have a sign on it either! Far from slick guys”
