“Very poor service. No prior warning that they no longer drop off and pick up at the airport terminal. Mini bus was very high and extremely difficult for my elderly Mum to get on and off. No offers of help or step anbailable. Very surly guy on reception when we arrived. Used to be a brilliant service but won’t be using again.”

“WE TRY TO FLY FROM JOHN LENNON EVERYTIME WE FLY, MUCH EASIER THAN MANCHESTER. ALSO, SO WE CAN PARK AT IN2 CAR PARKS! THEY ARE SUPERB. ALWAYS FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL, NO HANGING ABOUT, HELP WITH LUGGAGE, BASIC AND IMPORTANT FOR SENIORS AND WE DON'T GET THIS LEVEL OF SERVICE ANYWHERE ELSE! TOP CLASS, MELANIE AND HER TEAM STAND ABOVE ALL OTHERS ! BEST SERVICE AND TRUST IN LOOKING AFTER OUR CAR THE CHAPMAN FAMILY”

“Was very pleased with the drop off and pick up times, the reson for only 4 out of 5 stars is they don't take into account the very high step getting into and out of the mimi bus. For elderly or those passangers with mobility problems a step is needed and even though I informed at the time of booking, I was 70 with limited mobility. I had to rely on a very undignified hoist from other passangers, to get me in and out of the mini bus, not good!!”
