“Easy to find. I had very late flight back and the bus was waiting for me and another few people. When we arrived at car park the cars were ready for us to take and drive back home. Very good service will be using again”

“The drop off and transfer to the airport was fine. Unfortunately on our return was much more concerning, the driver that came to collect stumbled out of the minibus stating he didn't feel well, but was clearly under the influence of something and by the his own admittance that he had taken the wrong medication. Either way legally should never have been behind the wheel but apparently there wasn't anyone else available. We weren't the only ones to notice his behaviour and unprofessional manner which also includes swearing as another family boarded a gentleman stated he thought the driver was drunk. Due to that incident I will never use In2 again”

Hi, thanks for your feedback. We will be speaking to the driver who picked you up to understand what happened, but not one member of staff would be employed by ourselves if they were drunk or under the influence of anything. It has never been the case that this has ever happened in all our years of parking cars at Liverpool airport.
