“We’ve used In2 previously but the shuttle to the airport this time was incredibly erratic. The driver going too fast for conditions - so much so that all four of us in the shuttle commented. I wrote a mail to In2 but never received an acknowledgment, nor a response. Their drivers really need to understand they have a duty of care over getting to the next pick up.”

“Used in2CarParks when going away to turkey for 2 weeks, my experience couldn’t have been any better, as soon as we got there (which was easily located) everything is sign posted so drop off was a breeze! Dropped the key off and even got a shuttle to the airport! On return same again, gave the company a ring when we where back in the drop off/pick up point, only waited ten minutes and we where picked up and taken back to the car park where my car was already waiting in the collection bays! This really made a difference when you’ve been travelling 9+hours! Car had same mileage on as when I left and car in same state as it was left!Very efficient service will be using again and will defiantly recommend!!!”

“Good service but there's now a bit of a hike to the airport building. Not what you want when you then have to queue for bag drop. Might be better to charge everyone a quid more and pay the drop off fee to park nearer.”

“The only issue we have they don't advertise on their website you have to leave your car keys .as this is only a small paring area and they need to move cars around other than that the service they provide is good”

“Staff were all nice and helpful when we deposited our car with loading our luggage. However we didn't know that we got dropped off and picked up in a car park down the road from the airport, which is only a five minute walk for a able person, but not good for a disabled person like myself. My car was safe and secure whilst we was away.”

“Brilliant service as usual - the only gripe was that they have changed the drop off point to the airport to the airport main car park which is a long walk (we are fortunate as no mobility problems) we found out coming back that we could have paid a £5 fee to be dropped off in the usual place which we would have happily done and will do next time”
