“I have left my car in In2Car Parks many times but this time I found disgusting the way I was treated by the woman who was attending the phone. As I got in Liverpool Airport I called the office to inform them and she was very rude. I really tried to understand what she was speaking but she never tried to be speak in clearer way even seeing that I wasn't good at understanding her accent. I called a second time and again she was rude. Finally, after 20 minutes waiting at the drop-off zone, I managed to talk to the gentleman that drives the van and he was kind as always. At the moment I was walking to get the keys that woman was there with a long face and handed me the keys seeming to be angry. I really would like to keep leaving my car there but after that I will preffer to search other parks. Sorry”

“Not a fan of new drop off/pick up arrangements- I think large majority of customers would rather pay an extra £1 rather than walk all the way to the new drop off/pick up location. Drivers using mobile phone whilst driving - surely they should have hands free devices”
