“My flight arrived 40 minutes late and when I arrived to collect my car the person at the counter told me it my car was the front entrance. I told her it was not because I had already looked. She gave me the keys, I went out searching for 5 minutes and I returned to the office and told her my car was not there. She did not apologise and it seemed she did not bother. I talked to a man and he went looking for my car which was on another car park, not the front one where the cars of flying back customers should be. It took him quite some time to find it, it was not straight forward. It took me more than 20 min to collect my car since I was brought back by the chofer from the airport.”

“Easy to use the Web site to book a slot,easy to find the location and then transported 5 mins round the corner to the entrance of the Airport.Returnn journey was a phone call to the Car Park and someone came to collect us,would recommend In2 car parks we will be using them again next time.”
