“I used In2CP many times many years ago and it was great. This time I could see that their location had moved slightly so no problem .............. until I found myself in a village called Woolton. The lady I phoned insisted that the directions were correct but the 2 gentlemen on the desk agreed that the directions given do not mention anything about turning on to Evans Road. We had a laugh about it and I sliced my finger which wouldn't stop bleeding so they located the First Aid Box. All was well and the onward service was great. I will be back !”

“A good price, and the car was kept safe. However, Speed of transfer left much to be desired. On departure we were left sweating in a red hot minibus for about 15 minutes before the driver turned up, and on return we phoned from the terminal as we were instructed, only to be told we must ring again when we were actually at the pick-up point. We did this, and then had to wait another 15 miutes on a dark rainy night before the bus turned up.”
