“Chaos being collected as those arriving at the pick-up point last, piled in the minibus first leaving no spare seats, meaning waiting in the cold for a return trip for us. This happened to us a few months back when I had to sit on a knee.”

“As a regular user I have only one suggestion. Often it is difficult for customers at the pick up point,especially in the dark, to identify your mini bus. A piece of cardboard in the front screen with In2 car parks displayed would be very helpful. Thanks.”

“Left our car fir 3 nights and returned to find car had a puncture. In2 tried to say it was a slow puncture and was there when we dropped car off. I explained we have tyre sensors and no warning lights on. When we saw car it was flat to the alloy and had obviously happened when moving car between sites and driven in it. Had to have new tyre and in2 said they would repair puncture but now not returning calls.”

Thanks for your feed back. All cars remain on site for the duration of the booking. It would be very unlikely to get a puncture in our car park. We have been assisting with a puncture repair, but we are waiting to hear back from you.
