“We have used this company on a number of occasions now and will not hesitate to use them again. There is always someone there when you arrive and only takes five minutes to get to Liverpool Airport. The staff are friendly”

“We have used this service twice now. Some might find it a bit basic as it’s not actually situated in the Airport grounds. However, the shuttle bus runs on demand and takes just 3-4 minutes. There is then, approximately a 4 minute walk to the terminus, from the drop off point. Someone with heavy luggage might struggle although for a small fee, you can be dropped right outside. We love the straightforward simplicity and prompt, no nonsense service. Honest and reliable….and extremely reasonable rates. Totally recommend them.”

“My journey was cancelled. With weeks of advanced notice I requested either a refund or credit note. I didn't even receive a reply. They are a cowboy outfit. Don't use them. There are many legitimate companies to pick from so go elsewhere for your peace of mind.”

“Being using this company for 20 odd yrs, but bit surprised at the way they charge now...! Quoted £52.99 for 10 nights cover, discount of £5.30 taken off which then brought it to £47.69.... BUT then ended up paying £57.69 as if your Disabled or can walk any distance, they charge you the £5 both ways, drop off/pick up to cover the car park....!!! Its fair enough but you should MAKE this VERY clear on your website when booking, as it Beyond not fair if you are a disabled person... Or just include this in the price as I felt very cheated on the day, as only explained it to me when he saw my CRUTCH....!!!!!”

“Nothing to much trouble. I messed them around a bit through no fault of my own. I had to return for my car 3 days early I gave them 6 hrs notice. It was ready and waiting for me bet it was buried deep in the rows back too. Not a grumble from them. Superb thanks! Gina.”

“Driver smiling, good-humoured even though it was past midnight. Five-minute transfer. very helpful would use again. The only issue e had was trying to follow instructions. We couldn't find the credit building mentioned in the directions.”
