“I picked In2CarParks simply because it was cheapest. When I left the car, I was apprehensive (it is an almost new car), at the run down / seemingly cheapo style. I was very glad to find that I'd got it wrong, when I met 2 other customers waiting for the minibus who told me they'd used In2CarParks six times before and could fault them. I found the same. Bus arrived at bus stop within 2 minutes of me arriving. Car waiting. Everyone pleasant and Liverpuddlian. Totally re-assured. Will definitely use again. Will definitely recommend. I paid £90 for Manchester Airport drop and go, for similar length of time. Very impressive automated systems but: My car was victim of practical joke. I wrote to inform airport and never received as much as acknowledgement.”

“Chaos being collected as those arriving at the pick-up point last, piled in the minibus first leaving no spare seats, meaning waiting in the cold for a return trip for us. This happened to us a few months back when I had to sit on a knee.”

“As a regular user I have only one suggestion. Often it is difficult for customers at the pick up point,especially in the dark, to identify your mini bus. A piece of cardboard in the front screen with In2 car parks displayed would be very helpful. Thanks.”
