“This is the 2nd time I have used In2. Great service again. Just 1 small hiccup.. Please make it clear to passengers that your Drop Off and Pick up point is number 2 which is a good 3-4 min walk to the terminal building. As it was raining heavily and we had no umbrella, also 1 of the party was unable to walk that far, we had to pay the driver an extra £5.00 to drop us at Drop off 1 which is directly opposite the terminal. However would still use again.”

“The experience was far from pleasurable as the transfer totally lets the experience down .The drop off point is so far from the terminal also the pick up was rather delayed ..not too good standing around in the cold afer carting luggage from the terminal.Unfortunately prior to booking there is no notification of the distance .”

“Drop-off and shuttle to the airport was easy and efficient. Likewise, collection upon return was good. The location is near to the airport so the shuttle only takes a few minutes.”

“All ran smoothly but wasn,t keen on the walk to and from the airport drop off point. Also the mini bus was very old and hard to get in and out of.”

“Everyone polite and friendly. Only wait 5 mins for the mini bus to take us the the drop off point. 5 mins walk to the terminal. Phoned when arrived back into liverpool. Pick up again was prompt. Car waiting for us to head home. Deffently recommend and will use again. Thanks”

“A bit put off by the big sign when entering the office, ( We Don’t Accept Any Responsibility For Damage Of Any Kind )+ Had to pay an extra £5 on drop off & £5 on pick up to get picked up inside the airport but everything was fine didn’t have to wait on drop off or pick up, staff very friendly & helpful.”
