“Got charged an extra £5 when I parked my car. Didn't have a choice. Had to pay this fee. If I knew this before I booked it, Iwouldn't of used you.”

“When you get there and check in there’s an extra £5 charge to be dropped off in the “express bay” which they charge every customer but are only charged by each car. This shouldnt be an extra cost and especially not for each customer. Waiting times were very poor, especially after landing back at Liverpool airport. We waited 30 minutes in the rain because they only had 1 minibus running and over 30 passengers waiting to be picked up. A family next to us had been waiting almost an hour. When I picked up my car it was on the street away from the complex. When I pay for secure parking I expect it to be in a secure place not the street. Very disappointed with the service.”

“Quick service from dropping the car off, followed instructions when arriving back at the airport. Easy to get through to the phone number. Only downside was only 2 mini buses came at a time when a large number of people were waiting. Bit overall very good service.”

“Positive... Half the price of the airport long stay car park. Negatives... Waiting around to be picked up and dropped off... Over half an hour this time... There is also no queue system... When the pick up bus finally arrives there are more people waiting than seats on the minibus, which can be awkward...”

“Excellent car park. The driver dropped us off at the Yellow submarine and only very short walk over the road to check in. This is so much better than being dropped off at free short term parking which is a 10 minute walk from terminal. It is worth the extra £5 payment to be dropped off nearer when you have heavy luggage or it is bad weather. Driver was very pleasant and told us we would be collected from the same point on our return. When we returned very late after 3 hour delay phoned to let them know we had arrived and driver arrived to collect us within 10 minutes even though we were 3 hours late at 3.00 a.m. definitely would recommend this car park as the price was so much cheaper and offers excellent customer service.”
