“Our experience when leaving the car and being transported to Liverpool airport on 16.01.24 was actually 5*, but then that was completely overshadowed by the rudest man in a customer service role on our return on 21.01.24, at 12.30am. The gentleman (which he most definitely was not) told us to meet him by the pay station for collection, and because we were one minute late getting there absolutely tore strips off us. His behaviour was actually quite unbelievable. Then to show us how cross he was, drove like a complete maniac. Unfortunately for In2CarParks due to this man's behaviour I won't use them again. An experience I never want to repeat.”
