“Really helpful and friendly service would definitely recommend! Sat nav address isn't quite right but there are instructions on your email and if you ring them they're really good at directing you. Also I managed to leave my passport back in my car I rang them and they got it to me lightning fast. Thank you for your 5 star customer service. I wish more places were like this...”

“We had some trouble finding the carpark to begin with, maybe a more accurate pin on a map would help in the future. However, once there we had no problem whatsoever. Dropped the car off, took a picture of the mileage due to reviews I had read, and there was only 0.3 miles more when I picked up the car, which would be from moving it to the main car park and back for me to pick it up. We had messed up the time we were due back saying it would be at 1pm when in fact it was around 10am, and it was no problem when we called for a pick up. A bit of a walk to where they drop you off/pick you up, but its not a problem at all. For the cost, it was 100% worth it. Okay its not the best upkept minibus, but in all honesty, it got us there and back do we didn’t care.”

“Really good service and friendly. All safe and secure and site easy to find. Minibus was there to take us straight to the airport which is only a short journey away. Only issue was on the return when the instructions weren't really clear for where the pick up point was. It is about a 5 min walk along a well lit, but quite a deserted street so not so great if you are on your own. Written instructions when you drop your car off would be good along with the number that they do give you. the guy was very apologetic and sent the minibus out straight away so all good in the end! I would use again, but maybe go for the meet and greet option if alone. V. good value for money as well!”
