“It was all very smooth and convenient, as usual. But, on both legs, the van was not equipped with a mounting step. For the trip to the airport, the driver took us in our own car, and, on the return, we used a makeshift arrangement from suitcases, It worked, but you should consider the severe difficulty for people with limited mobility to climb into a high-floored vehicle. We shall book again, based on the promise of improvement.”
