“Absolutely brilliant. Our trip got extended by nearly a week and it wasn't a problem at all. just called them, explained the situation, they advised there would be an extra cost (obviously to be expected when using there space for longer) extra cost was minimal, nothing compared to typical airport parking and the car was already brought back round and waiting for me when I got off the shuttle bus. Shuttle bus couldn't of been prompter. Was already ready and waiting departing and arriving. Battery had gone dead on my car and they was straight out with a jump pack. Excellent service guys. Will 100% use again on my next trip”

“I use these every time I fly from Liverpool. Always friendly and polite, my car is always ready when I get back, never left hanging round at either end. And the added bonus is that they’re off site, so they drive you to the doors-no need to walk like the others in the area. And the price is always good too.”

“Easy to book. Check in and quick minibus drive to airport. On arrival back from holiday a quick phone call and we were picked up within 10mins of call. Very good service. Would definitely recommend and will use again if travelling from Liverpool Claire Pallister”

“Arriving was fine. I don’t remember it being clear on booking that there would be an additional £5 owed but I had used this service before so I knew it was coming. On the way home we got collected at 2am. The driver pulled up to us and didn’t leave the minibus so as a single mum, I had to open the boot, lift all bags in and close again. The exact same thing arriving back at base, no help at all. Now I’m not suggesting I need someone to do this for me, but I feel it would be better service if they at least attempted to look like they were being helpful. I was tired and very disappointed”
