“The reason I didn't give good or excellent is as follows: Initiall arangements and communication with yourselves was very good. On arrival at night time the signposting from the road was poor. sign quite small on the outside and as it was dark the colour and logo was not easy to see or recognise. It looked as if it was an entrance to a factory with a dead end. The opening on the right to get to the actual car park was poorly lit, so couldnt be seen from the road, not until you had come off the road and driven forward. I needed to phone you to get directions and be assured that I was in the right place. The driver who took us to the airport was not helpful. He did not leave the minibus at all. He did not help to put our cases into the bus, nor close any doors. The same was the case on arrival at the airport. We were left to open the boot and retrieve our cases, without any assistance from the driver at all. Thankfully on our return, the bus arrived very quickly and the driver was polite and helpful.”

“Absolute awful experience. Coming home from Fuerteventura with my mum Nan and 1 year old daughter. Called to say we had arrived confirmed we were outside ready waiting and was made aware the bus was on its way, only for it to arrive and the driver not get people in order of people calling to be collected but instead let every jump at the mini bus like animals people who had arrived outside way after we had. There fire at half past midnight we were left outside in the freezing cold with a one year old baby to be told he would just come back for us after dropping others off. After another half an hour wait he finally came back to then not even get out of the mini bus to help load up suitcases and my child’s pram. Service was awful. I have always used this company but never again after that.”

“Excellent service. Easy to find, Great Price and booking in and getting on the Mini Bus to get to the Airport was slick. When we landed quick phone call and they where there within 10 minutes. Car was ready to go in the Car Park and keys were handed to us as soon as we got off the Mini Bus. Would definitely recommend and will be using again in the future.”

“Absolutely brilliant. Our trip got extended by nearly a week and it wasn't a problem at all. just called them, explained the situation, they advised there would be an extra cost (obviously to be expected when using there space for longer) extra cost was minimal, nothing compared to typical airport parking and the car was already brought back round and waiting for me when I got off the shuttle bus. Shuttle bus couldn't of been prompter. Was already ready and waiting departing and arriving. Battery had gone dead on my car and they was straight out with a jump pack. Excellent service guys. Will 100% use again on my next trip”
