“They only have 1 minibus that caters for whole carpark. had to wait at least 30mjnutes as he had to do a few trips dropping and picking people up , there were a lot of people waiting . Wouldn't book again when going on holiday with children . 1 minibus for whole carpaprk is not ideal”

“I always use this car park when travelling from Liverpool airport. The service is nothing short of fantastic, the pick up and drop off service is prompt and efficient, I have never been kept waiting for more than a couple of minutes. My car is always ready at the entrance to drive away promptly upon my return. Keep up the good work, you are a brilliant, friendly team. Tracy Westhead”

“The gent on the check in desk when we first arrived did not understand a word of English and failed to understand he needed to unlock my car so we could get the bags out - last thing we needed at 3 am to be honest and he didnt really explain anything to us so we just abandoned the car in good faith Collection however was perfect - really chuffed with the return trip”

“I have used In2carpark on a number of occasions never once have I had issue always there to help, very prompt on pick up I’ve never had to wait very long. The staff are very friendly Definitely recommend them. Ps we once got delayed for 24 hrs when I rang them to say what’s as happened was told not to worry just ring once we land that I really appreciate one less worry .”

“Emailed to cancel my booking on 21 January 2026 at 11.55 as EasyJet had changed our flight to a Manchester departure. Did not receive the courtesy of a reply, nor a refund of my cost as requested. Disappointed !!!”

“Was anxious as had seen some people struggle to find the location of the carpark. Used Google Maps with the address and it took me straight there. Excellent service, cheapest for Liverpool airport and all went perfectly. Will definitely use again if fly from Liverpool in the future.”
