“Excellent service, we we're late returning due to an incident on the aircraft, it had to make a landing at Faro , unruly passenger. I honestly thought i wouldnt be able to exit the car park. To my suprise the barrier opened, unlike Manchester you have to pay to exit even if your 10 minutes late. So well done all , maybe other airports should take a leaf out of your book. Great airport, great service akways enjoy flying out of Liverpool, hassle free keep up the great work”

“First of all I cancelled by email 3 times weeks before. Asked for refund which never came. Then they ask for a review on car parking which never happened. Used them before and OK, just need to update records”
