“When we returned home waiting at the airport the transport back to the car was ridicules the driver was so rude and abrupt with everyone. There was about 16 of us but he only had room for 8 so the rest had to wait. Which is the last thing you want when you’ve been awake for 24 hours and still have to drive 2/3 hours home. And they don’t provide a toilet and after 2/3 hour drive and are desperate for the toilet it’s not good. On the way to the airport the driver was so busy on his phone when we set of he nearly left the boot open and all of the suitcase would have fallen out we had to tell him. I will not be using this car park again I’d rather pay a bit extra and get a good service.”

“Mini bus transfer with broken seat belt holders on both journeys, we waited outside for about 30-mins for a pick-up on the morning arrival which at 3am in the morning is too painful, the first car that arrived was too full of people to pick up so had to wait again. Would not use this service again, the price difference to park on site is well worth the convenience.”
