“I was apprehensive for my first house purchase but was really happy with the survey and the results. The Surveyor was extremely thorough and comprehensive which resulted in saving me tens of thousands of pounds in buying a house that needed hidden work. The process was thorough and all interactions were friendly, professional and really helpful.”

“Great response would highly recommend. We used for home buyers survey. Busy time after 1st national lockdown uplifted, and still got report the in 15 days from initial contact. Happy.”

“Make sure you know what you are buying. iMyHome charged £120 for a property valuation which turned out to be a few lines tagged on to a building survey report. Expecting a full valuation report I contacted the surveyor who said as a building surveyor he doesn't do valuation surveys! iMyHome refused to refund monies.”

Thank you for your review. As discussed, a valuation to be included in a Building Survey attracts a normal charge of £120.00. We did deliver on your request and provided you with a valuation. If you required a more in depth "red book" valuation this attracts a much higher fee and this is not what you requested from us. Many thanks, The iMyHome Team

“To book a survey was very easy and we were kept informed at all times . The surveyor nominated was local, very thorough and helpful. By using iMyHome we made a considerable saving compared to other quotes we had received. Would certainly use again and recommend to others.”

“Very happy with the service I received. Survey was done promptly and in depth with pictures too. The price was the best I could find. Only thing I can fault was that I had to request a paper copy a few times but it eventually arrived.”

“The surveyor rang us the evening before her visit to ask if there was anything specifically we would like us to look at. A couple of weeks later we had a couple of questions so emailed the surveyor who answered promptly.”

“All went well, the survey was completed in time with a very comprehensive report following that. All explained. Timelines were appropriate the proce as well. Was nice that I've been contacted by the company to explain the process right after I submitted my request. 4 starts only because my 'online cabinet' didn't work and didn't reflect any activities for me, but then all my questions were answered by email right away. Thanks!”

“When booking the Survey I was told the report would be with me in 5-7 working days. Still waiting for the report nearly 2 weeks after it was conducted. They shouldn't be booking people in if they can't get the report back in time. The only good thing is the IMyHome customer team is really helpful on the phone.”

“Almost five stars . I found it very easy to book my survey over the phone , with polite and helpful member of the iMyHome team. The only reason I haven’t give five stars was having to wait several weeks for the survey to be carried out, then another week before I received the written report. If you’re not in a hurry then it’s a fantastic , professional service at a very competitive price. I would definitely recommend this company and would be happy to use them again”
