“Brilliant service!! Surveyor saved me a lot of money, despite a new survey needing to be done on a different property, she was thorough and she saved me thousands on that first bad property hence a new survey to be needed. Quick to survey and polite and all services were more than happy to talk about anything. I would recommend as I had two surveys carried out with them and the second was just as thorough. Don’t pay for recommendations from your estate agent they are overpriced for a service that will cost you more and still give you the vital information you require for your purchase. Don’t be fooled by estate agents give imyhome a call for a quote first, they do the same service!! Email and telephone communication”

“Worked well. Allocated a local surveyor very promptly and she phoned me to discuss the survey in advance and went in on the date agreed. Also had a follow up call to clarify a couple of points in the report.”

“I contacted them to explain how the process worked. I was provided details of the company undertaking the survey and then I got a phone call a couple of days later explaining they were changing the company due to company being unable to match availability to estate agents. They got a new company on board and the report was very clear and easy to understand (even though I didn’t have a clue). Would definitely use them again.”

“Got a call back from iMyHome after enquiring at multiple conveyancors, all were going to take too long for our needed buying time frame. iMyHome arranged for the survey within a few days and the conveyancer was lovely and rang me to check if I had any concerns prior to them going to the house.”
