Brilliant service!! Surveyor saved me a lot of money, despite a new survey needing to be done on a different property, she was thorough and she saved me thousands on that first bad property hence a new survey to be needed. Quick to survey and polite and all services were more than happy to talk about anything. I would recommend as I had two surveys carried out with them and the second was just as thorough. Don’t pay for recommendations from your estate agent they are overpriced for a service that will cost you more and still give you the vital information you require for your purchase.
