“Service very good apart from the amount of time I had to wait for the survey report.”

“I was told that my survey would be available to view online within 3 -5 days but it was not available until 6 days after it was done and I had phoned twice but was not able to get any info.”

“IMyHome contacted me really quickly were really polite and were the cheapest quote. It was thought that the survey would be done within the next 5-7 days, but the survey was done by a more local firm within 3 days and the report arrived by about the 7th day. I must say that the local firm IMyHome chose to do our survey ....Made a couple of mistakes in the report....something was talked about that was not in the property. And something else that we were really worried about was not even mentioned at all. Would not want to use them again. It was not a survey I could trust.”

“The initial inspection was cancelled on the very morning and with no plausible explanation and was therefore delayed a week and no doubt inconvenienced our sellers. However when the report was eventually received it was very. Clear and informative”

“Good clear delivery system for the report however: No photos Committed to iMyHome based on assurance that the survey would be done that week and was assigned to following week. In fairness to the sales guy this was then corrected once I complained.”

“As a company I found the gentleman I dealt with very helpful and polite . Unfortunately, the surveyor you put in place on my behalf, was not. I am putting in a complaint about him and the so called report he put together . I feel I have for a service he did not do in the correct manor and I believe he has lied on the report .”
