“Although the axle was good.. I was misled about the £50 surcharge by more than one member of staff, who each confirmed the return upon receiving the old axle back… Having just contacted the company, I was informed that there was a charge of £25 each way. And so , logically speaking I could have saved myself £25 by just returning the old axle. So this is not one road that I will be travelling down ever again, and the garage I use has confirmed the same. Use this company if you’re desperate.”
