“I have purchased a ment to be refurbished axel only three of the arm bushes have been replaced with new ones and the fourth Bush is a old one I have taken this matter up with this company about a week ago and I haven't had any reply back from them ,my car is still off the road and as all of the above explaines I'm not a happy customer.”

Hello, We are sorry to hear you are having problems with an axle. I have looked into this case. You emailed us on July 15th at 16:47pm. We replied the following morning 16/7 at 8:16AM. Please can you get in touch with us to rectify the situation. We would only leave a bush in, if it was in perfect reusable condition. Please get it touch with us to clarify if its OK to fit, or we will send you a replacement axle. -Im Axle Specialists

“Bought a replacement rear axle for a 2008 Honda Civic for £205 including delivery, it arrived next day and helpful customer service regarding compatibility. The mechanic fitted the IMAxle without any issues. The Honda part would have been £1200. Highly recommended.”

“Excellent service. Had a minor Warranty issue after 20 months. They give 24 months warranty, had a replacement delivered the next day. Friendly knowledgeable people. Highly recommend.”

“COPIED FROM TRUST PILOT REVIEW GREAT PRICE, PARTS & SERVICE A fracture developed on the rear subframe/axle of my wife's 2008 Fiat 500 (A common problem apparently). On closer examination it was also starting to corrode quite badly and as such needed replacement. An internet search sourced a brand new part from IMAxle specialists for £142 delivered which was cheaper than reclaimed used parts being advertised on eBay and in salvage yards. The online ordering process was simple, communication first class and the part was delivered without a hitch in less than 24hrs!. The mechanic who carried out the work was impressed with the quality of the part which only required minor tweeking during installation. Out of interest I contacted my local Fiat dealer where I was quoted £1080.00 for the replacement part alone and I didn’t bother to ask if that included VAT! Well done IMAxle Specialists and many thanks for your assistance.”
