“Fantastic really pleased I came across icehead shop. I have finally quit smoking weed after 20 years and this was such a smooth smoke enough to relax me. Always next day delivery and quality product thank you.”

Hi Ady, I can see that you contacted us regarding your package being lost during transit. Once you made contact with us we sent out a replacement package immediately for you which I can see they have attempted to deliver the next working day for you. An email has been sent with the tracking link for this package, I believe Royal Mail is attempting delivery for you again today or you can amend your delivery options through the link provided.

“Love this shop!.enjoy everything I've ever bought and always on time except for last order which was missing a product. After a few messages and a phone call it was sorted within 24 hours and am a happy bunny again! This was the only time in 6months that my order went wrong. Mistakes can happen,but was corrected immediately.very pleased overall. Thank you ICE.”
