“This was replacement kit needed after a previous purchase had worked perfectly for 5 years, but had reached end of life use. The advice given prior to purchase was helpful and the units arrived swiftly with advice given on how to set it all up again.”

“Good website , I found the products I wanted ok. Ordered and they arrived next day . I had an issue ,I had no cameras connecting reliably. I called them and the person was very helpful and genuinely wanted to help. He sent a trial cable after a good discussion. It turned out to be a transformer from my old kit that I was using . Not their kit at all . I really appreciate the person to person contact they gave me.”

“Amazing customer service. The sales team were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. As a complete novice their advice was invaluable. I had some issues getting the system up and running on my own and they couldn't have been more helpful, quickly identifying where I'd gone wrong and talking me through the fix I needed to make. I couldn't recommend them more highly.”

“From start to finish the guys at CCTV kits were extremely helpful. Putting thorough quotes together and answering all technical queries. I called back after ordering with more technical questions and all were answered in great detail. Very knowledgable and helpful team. I will only order our alarm and CCTV TEWUIREMENTS FROM CCTV Kits in the future. Highly recommend and great prices.”
