“..I would never have considered this method of buying a house but when it was explained to me, I decided to try it and didn't look back...I was contacted at every milestone so I knew the progress of the purchase. From start to finish it ran really smoothly and was exchanged and completed within weeks..I'd recommend this method to anyone”

“Throughout the process I had trouble getting information from my conveyancer regardarding many matters and resorted to contacting Karen Nicholson to try to speed up the process. She was always happy to help and made the process that little bit easier and managed to push the right people for the right actions in order to get to completion as quickly as possible. Without Karen's input, I may well still be waiting to move in to the property.”

“We are happy to repeat our email of 14 November when we wrote to express our heartfelt thanks for the way that Michelle Mutch handled the sale of 3 Church Street, Pwllheli on our behalf. “I wished to have quick sale of my house and that is exactly what I got, from accepting bid to completion took one month. It was done in a professional and polite manner and I was kept informed as each step was completed. My wife and myself are very satified and for someone not wanting a sale to drag out I would certainly recommend yourselves. No”
