“I put my property up for auction with IAM Sold ltd on 22/02/2018. After three days the property had achieved ten thousand over the reserve I’d set. The auction team advised that with all the interest that it might be good to end the auction on the 27/02/2018 instead of going the full 28 days. I did this and the property sold after five days of the auction for more than I actually had in the profit, and as I was expecting to make a small loss for a quick sale I was more than pleased with the result. The property sale completed and money paid in full on the 26/03/2018, less than a month!! Excellent service. All the team members I had dealings with were all professional, friendly and helpful, offering good sound advice when needed. And another thing I thought was a nice touch was the amount of feed back and regular updates(sometimes several a day) that I received from day one of the auction. And I also thought the milestone updates were good as the conveyancey whent through. All in all great service very happy!! Craig.”

“Iam sold kept me up to date with progress of the interest received, viewings and offers at all times. Sometimes it wasn't always possible to speak to the specific person handling the sale straightaway but they got back to me within 24 hours usually. On the whole I felt the service was extremely good and shall recommend that clients use you in the future should their property be appropriate.”

“I loved the check list of all the actions that had to be carried out from offer acceptance through to completion and as each action was done an email came in confirming things. Plus every time I spoke with them they knew what was currently happening and what the next steps were.”

“The staff were very easy to deal with. Aiden Bentley worked hard to facilitate potential buyers with several viewing days and aleays kept me up to date with developments. Things didn't progress to plan due to factors beyond IAM control and I was really impressed by Claire's commitment and hard work to see things through to a satisfactory conclusion. It was quite a hectic final week!!”
