“Buying via IAM Sold secures the sale. However, it is expensive and if everything had gone smoothly for me it may not have been good value. Unfortunately things didn’t go smoothly due to an incompetent mortgage broker. As a result I exceeded the agreed exchange and completion date. During this traumatic time for me Sarah at IAM sold was great. She called me regularly to give and receive updates and she was able to reassure me on several occasions that the vendor was ok with the delay. I’ve never had this level of service from an estate agent. On this occasion it was true that I got what I paid for. Thank you Sarah your a star and I hope IAM Sold appreciate you.”

We are clear and transparent regarding our fees and all potential bidders/buyers are informed of the auction fees prior to purchasing and these are clearly explained within the Fees & Charges section located on each property profile page.
