“When purchasing this course I was looking for information about how long it could take. I purchased a 300-hour course and the 180-hour section took 4 months to complete at a slow pace and both 60-hour courses took 2 weeks to complete each. Firstly, thank you for the tutors during my 300-hour course. I found the assessments the most challenging but rewarding alongside the useful materials to learn and encourage my development. The content layout, style, and design throughout the course are outdated and confusing at times but the customer service more than makes up for that if you need help and struggle. I phoned the support line once during the course and the person broke down how I could achieve what I was looking for and was really supportive! Best of luck to everyone, I recommend TEFL course with i-I!”

“the tutors( Karen and Brett) as well as the academic director (Emily) are world class with patience , guidance , advise and support for the assignments and they go the extra mile to ensure you pass all your assignments with clear understanding that will be useful long after you have completed the course and started your teaching career. happy with my chose to do my course via i to i”

“I loved every moment of this course. I had a great trainer named Tammy Smith , that was helpful along the way. I enjoyed all the amazing course material and the points of importance that they focused, as well as all the amazing tools and material that was provided to making sure that you would be prepared as an online teacher or teacher aboard 😁 .”

“Customer service so far.. after looking around the web site and showing an interest in several brochures , I was contacted by Daniel Taylor, He was helpful and informative and showed an interest in me as a person (not as a "sale"). He steered me to courses which were right for me and my situation. It was then very easy you choose my course. If Daniel could not answer my questions he found the answer and came back to me later. He stressed important points such as who to contact if problems in IT or service arose . Happy so far AC Royal”

“The course was very helpful. I felt the amount of information was enough and that the time limit on the course was long enough to not make me feel rushed. The Customer Support staff was quite helpful throughout the entire process, though it was a little inconvenient to contact them due to the time difference (US Pacific Time).”

“It is quite clear and easy to follow the steps to complete the units. The only comment I have is that more guides can be given for the assignments as being new to this, I sometimes feel that we should be allowed to check with the online tutor whether we are going in the right direction. Overall, It is good. Thank you.”

“Enjoyed the 320 hour course. Found the classroom course worth while. Definitely a must. I am just disappointed that I no longer have access to my learning material, since technically i have paid for it, and would've like to look back form time to time if need be. I feel that a hard copy certificate should be included in the purchase of the course and only courier fees to be paid. :) Other thank that, great service and user friendly platform.”

“The course itself is interesting and really recommend doing the in-class course, it definitely does all the difference, you will be surprised how much you can learn and practice in 20hours! There a few flaws with the course that I think it would be good for you guys to look over: There should be PDF handbook with all the units that we studied, so we can have permanent access to the information There's no way to know the correct answer if we fail the final quiz at the end of each unit. Besides that, the course is interesting and easy to engage with. I would definitely recommend!”

“Its been such a fun course. I have enjoyed most of the units. Lord knows some assessments gave me sleepless nights because I didnt know if what I was planning made sense- but I’m so thankful for the support I’ve been given and look for ward to the next step!”
